SO TIRED

I am SO TIRED of being BROKE all the time, broke even when I'm working now, broke broke broke..

I know I've only started working about 8 months (plus 6 weeks at Bendigo hahahahaha), and I've recently paid a lot of money for my switzerland trip and conference, but it still doesn't make sense. My bank balance never seems to go up and I still have tonnes of things to buy and do. My teeth need fixing, my eyes, I need glasses/contacts and I need braces and so much more.. And all these things are a NEED, not an OPTION!

It's not that I don't save. I almost always bring lunch to work, I cook 90% of the time for dinner, I hardly buy any clothes and bags now. Have you heard me go "Guess what I bought the other day?" recently? No! Because I've been a good girl. Basically all i pay for now are necessities. Food, rent, carpark rent, car petrol, car service, car insurance etc. Nothing extra, NOTHING! except if I eat out with friends or family. Or the occasional tickets to see musicals. I buy NOTHING extravagant. So where the fuck has all my money gone too?

I remember watching "the pursuit of happyness" not long ago and feeling how strange it is that it is a fact that many white collar workers in US are still struggling to get things by despite working in offices. I feel like one of them. Except that my name is "DR Wong"

Isn't it ridiculous that a working professional like me is struggling to get by sometimes? Struggling to save? All my friends are buying houses, setting up business and buying investments and I don't even have money to pay rent the other day I had to ask money from my Dad! Fine I know they had a head start because I finished uni just 2 years ago but still.... No excuses are good enough in Ning's world! Also doesn't help that I spent all my uni saving for Bendigo house moving and PR stuff..

I'm so frustrated I could cry! Sigh, am crying already..
