My practice manager hasn't emailed me back about my meeting that I've requested with her. I hope she does not ignore me..
My arguments to switch clinics are a little weak..
- Chadstone is not challenging anymore, it's scary.
- I need more experience, I cannot handle working alone here anymore, it's not good enough for my professional development.
- Chadstone needs a more experienced vet. There is a reason why I keep referring patients to other ppl!
all selfish reasons but hey, who isn't? If my company keeps me here, they are selfish.
